Annual Habeas Corpus Training for Capital Post-Conviction Attorneys

This program features nationally-recognized death penalty and habeas corpus experts and will include a review of recent Supreme Court decisions, a discussion of the implications of neuropsychology in capital cases and how to litigate a capital case in a cost effective manner. There will also be two simultaneous sessions on habeas corpus, with one session for attorneys new to habeas work and one for those more experienced attorneys.
