As stay-at-home orders begin to ease, law firms are facing an imminent "re-entry" into their offices – but with significant changes to the way they've traditionally operated. This demands a level of technological flexibility and agility that many firms are not fully equipped to provide or support. Based on all indications, the coming months will feature staggered employee arrival times, changes to open office designs and shared desks, assigned days to work from the office or remotely, and perhaps more waves of working exclusively from home.

The program will cover:

  • How the pandemic will reshape our work arrangements for the long haul
  • The security implications of a highly mobile workforce
  • How to build a seamless work experience from anywhere
  • How to keep a dispersed team engaged and productive
  • CLE Credit Comments: The ABA will seek 1.00 general CLE credit hours in 60-minute-hour states, and 1.20 general CLE credit hours in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules.
