This training will address issues related to child support obligations for persons preparing for and in reentry after prison, to equip pro bono lawyers to assist with these questions.

Presenters include Tonya Berzat, an assistant Ramsey County Attorney, Lori Lofrano, a child support liaison with the MN Department of Corrections, and Lilo Schluender, family law attorney at Central Minnesota Legal Services.

This is part of a series presented by the Minnesota Collaborative Justice Initiative, a project of the Pro Bono Institute focused on improving reentry outcomes.
