This CLE is designed to educate attorneys on the protected class status active military members and veterans have under New York City and New York State law. It will focus on anti-discrimination law in the areas of housing and employment. Attendees will learn who is protected, how and when the provisions apply, and how these laws can benefit military and veteran clients.
