The Immigration Advocates Network invites you to join a free webinar, "Mental Health and Capacity in Immigration Court." This webinar will provide an overview of mental health and capacity issues in immigration court. The panel will discuss the law; working with clients; court process; the attorney's role and responsibilities; sample scenarios, working with health care professionals; resources, and more.
