The Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Law Center is presenting an all day CLE on Children in need of Protection or Services (CHIPS), Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) and ICWA cases to discuss the history, importance and meaning of ICWA and what every lawyer needs to know about preserving families in the child protection system.
