Help an unaccompanied child fill out their asylum application so they can proceed pro se with Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington and the Pro Bono Resource Center of MD. Attorneys will receive in depth training on how to fill out an I-589 and interview an unaccompanied child to prepare their I-589 application for asylum. Without attorneys, these children are forced to represent themselves. By participating in the UAC Asylum Pro Se Mentoring Clinic, you will give these children a fighting chance. Malpractice insurance, interpreters, and training are provided.
