Family and Community Resources, Inc.

Family & Community Resources, Inc. offers free, confidential bi-lingual services. These services include safety planning, support, counseling-both group and individual, legal advocacy, supervised visitation centers, outreach, and community education to men, women and children who are affected by domestic violence, and other traumatic events. State certified services for offenders of domestic violence.
Volunteer Activities: Attorneys, and law students provide information and court based advocacy. Additionally, attorneys give advice and represent clients at reduced fee or no charge; law students help complete paperwork. In addition, paid-internships are now available for students in undergraduate, graduate, and law programs.

Short Term Opportunities: Training, mini-workshops for staff as in-service training. Focus on topics like 209A law and Probate Court issues.
