My name is Kevin and I'd like to welcome you to Probono.net Virginia. This is a site for legal aid staff, pro bono attorneys, law school faculty and students, court employees, government officials, and other advocates throughout the state to collaborate and utilize resources designed to assist in the representation of low-income and disadvantaged clients. If you are not yet a member of the site and you would like to join, simply click on the 'Join Now' link right on the front page. There is a brief form to fill out and, once completed, your application will be sent to me for approval. Once you've become a member, you can access the library, view upcoming calendar events, join our listservs, and explore volunteer opportunities simply by following the navigation on both the front page and the Civil Law practice area page.If you've come across this page and you're a potential legal aid client looking for representation from an attorney, please visit VALegalAid.org or call 866-534-5243.Enjoy the site, and feel free to contact me with any problems or questions that you might have.
