COURSE PURPOSE
Tax issues are a common element in almost every divorce matter. Family law practitioners must be able to review, analyze, and understand not only the basics of income tax returns, but also the general tax implications of divorce and separation. This course will help both experienced and new practitioners navigate the most common tax issues facing divorce practitioners.
