Dan Gray will moderate presentations on this developing area of family law by Lucy E. Nichols, Esq., Jennifer Fairfax, Esq., and Margo B. Owen, Esq., covering Virginia, DC and Maryland.
Each participant agrees to provide representation for one contested family law case for a pre-screened Potomac Legal Aid Society or Legal Services of Northern Virginia client.
- CLE Credit Comments: Volunteers should be eligible to receive three and a half MCLE credits, once Potomac’s application with the Virginia MCLE Board is processed.
