Tip of the Week: Specifying a Sender for LawHelp Tickler Emails

Are you using the organization or resource tickler on your LawHelp statewide client website? Did you know you can now designate a sender address for the tickler emails that are sent to organization and resource contacts?
The default "from" address for tickler emails is do-not-reply@lawhelp.org. However, you can specify a different address on the admin side of your LawHelp site, under Site Set Up -> My State -> Tickler Email. Enter an email address in that field, press Submit, and you're done!
Using a designated address in this field can help you get the attention of tickler recipients. It also means they can easily reply to the sender if they have questions about how to update their organization's information or the resources they are assigned to.
