To this end, we offer quarterly LawHelp Language Access Minigrants inviting partners to request website content be translated into languages other than English as well as a bank of easily adaptable translated website content.

In the fall of 2012 Pro Bono Net produced the Libraries and Access to Justice Webinar Series to increase awareness among librarians and community stakeholders about online access to justice resources that are available to them, how librarians can access and utilize those resources to better educate and assist their patrons with legal needs, and models for legal aid-library collaborations to connect people with legal information.
This guide has been developed to give you a working knowledge of the LivePerson Administrator's Console in order to assist you with transitioning into your new role. The Admin Console is the most important component to implementing a LiveHelp program. It is the means by which all content is developed and controlled for LiveHelp.
