What is the Federal Pro Bono Project?
The Federal Pro Bono Project (the "Project") is a joint effort of the Volunteer Legal Services Program of The Bar Association of San Francisco ("VLSP") and the Northern District Court of California. The Project offers a wide range of legal services to pro se litigants in federal court. In addition to running a Legal Help Center in the federal courthouse, we arrange pro bono counsel for litigants who are referred for appointment of counsel by the Court.
