The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.

This program will review discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims initiated by federal employees. It will include an overview of the administrative process required of all federal employees, the claim's progression through the EEOC, and EEOC hearings.

Presented by Wendy Musell, Esq., Stewart & Musell
