The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.
Getting It Together for Breaking Apart: Introduction to Marital Dissolution
This presentation provides basic information about the dissolution process. Participants will gain perspective on the legal landscape and examine strategies that may be helpful in guiding clients. Discussion will include content relating to termination of domestic partnership.
