The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.
Employment Law: Wage & Hour Claims
Come learn about basic wage & hour principles and what it takes to develop a wage & hour case in light of the recent Brinker decision. We will cover classification of employees, calculation of overtime pay, and meal and rest break laws.
