The AIDS Legal Referral Panel will provide this free MCLE training to educate attorneys on the legal issues faced by people living with HIV/AIDS.
Defending Evictions from Federally-Subsidized Housing
This training covers the rights of tenants who are facing evictions from federally subsidized housing, including statutory and regulatory authority, and grounds for eviction. We will also cover the procedural rights of tenants who are facing evictions, including an overview of the unlawful detainer process.
