This is a basic debt collection defense practice training. Topics covered, include: debt collection defense generally, issues facing pro per litigants, and how pro bono attorneys can effectively assist pro per clients.

  • CLE Credit Comments: This training is free. Those attending must commit to volunteering at clinic at least 4 times in the next year and/or take two pro bono cases.
