Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc.

Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma is: -a non-profit law firm -serving low-income and elderly Oklahomans -who have civil legal problems.

Legal Aid serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma, with 20 offices throughout the state. Legal Aid has attorneys assigned to each county in Oklahoma.

Eligibility for legal assistance is based on certain income guidelines and is dependant on the priorities of each office.
Legal Aid seeks to ensure basic needs for clients, especially those involving: -Freedom from harm and violence -Access to housing -Freedom from hunger -Access to health care -Income maintenance for survival. We help with civil legal problems such as divorce, child support, debt collections, bankruptcy, eviction and, social security disability.
Legal Aid helps Senior Citizens (over the age of 60) regardless of income in every county through Title III Older Americans grants. Click Here for the Pro Bono sign up form.
