Dauphin County Bar Association Pro Bono Program

All members of the Dauphin County Bar Association are expected to participate, personally or financially, in the Pro Bono Program, which is administered in conjunction with MidPenn Legal Services. Initial inquiries are handled by the staff at MidPenn Legal Services at (717) 232-0581. Clients must qualify within specific income eligibility guidelines. For some issues, such as divorce and custody matters, clients may be able to attend information sessions to learn how to proceed through the legal system without representation by an attorney.
