Consumer, Health, Housing, Juvenile, Wills, Family Law, Social Security Can only take civil cases, not criminal (Traffic tickets, arrests and warrants are all criminal cases.) We also can not take cases that are ""fee-generating."" These are cases where attorneys are rewarded fees by a judge or jury, such as discrimination, malpractice or personal injury suits. Potential clients are screened by Ozark Legal Services to determine financial eligibility and to ascertain whether the legal problem is within our established priorities. We do our best to honor case preferences and to conscientiously match clients with an appropriate volunteer attorney.
