Dependency Project

The Dependency Project represents parents pursuant to court appointments through the Clerk of Courts in cases involving termination of parental rights or dependency (i.e., cases filed by State of Florida Department of Children and Families against a parent(s) to obtain jurisdiction over a child(ren) for the child's welfare). Through LSNF, clients and their children are offered a chance to maintain and strengthen their family unit.
