2012 Fall Training Schedule
Each training class has four 2-hour sessions
Session 3 covers the Indian Child Welfare Act, including federal statutes and major issues to be considered in "deprived cases;" procedures in a "deprived case;" jury trials; and In Need of (mental health) Treatment, "INT" cases as they relate to children in "deprived cases."
