This webinar will lead beginning practitioners (or those in need of a refresher) through the process of researching questions on immigration law. CLINIC attorneys Kristina Karpinski and Jennie Guilfoyle will discuss the different sources of immigration law (including the INA, the regulations, agency memos and caselaw) and explain where and how to find them, and demonstrate how to use them. The presenters will also demonstrate how to use secondary sources to find answers to legal questions.
