Defending Foreclosures in Oklahoma

A FREE CLE seminar for Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma volunteers who are willing to commit to 20 hours of service (not limited to foreclosure defense) within the next 12 months.

The Oklahoma Bar Association and Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma, Inc., are offering a one-day seminar, February 19, 2010, at the Oklahoma Bar Center, featuring nationally recognized foreclosure defense expert, April Charney, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc. Florida.
Ms. Charney graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1980 and is admitted to practice law in Florida and in Arkansas. Ms. Charney worked with other legal service programs in Florida and Arkansas and also maintained a private practice prior to joining JALA's staff. Ms. Charney is a Senior Attorney in JALA's Consumer Unit the "Predator Free Zone," and her office is located in JALA's main office in downtown Jacksonville.
