When:
Tuesday, November 24, 2009, 12 p.m.-1 p.m. CST
About:
Conducting a smart and case responsive deposition is critical in the evolution of nearly all civil litigations. We invite you to devote an hour of your career to examining old deposition habits or developing new, perhaps more compelling practices.
Join us for the sixth and final installment of our "Access to Justice" initiative. Program faculty member Ron Cohen, formerly Chair of the ABA Section of Litigation, will explain how to effectively prepare for a deposition and provide solutions to common problems that arise during depositions. Mr. Cohen has spoken about and taught these subjects in CLE presentations throughout the nation.
The program is free to the first 250 attorneys who are employees of legal services or legal aid organizations.
