An experienced matrimonial attorney takes a group of clients through the process of completing the paperwork for a default divorce. Volunteers circulate to assist clients, some with limited literacy and English language skills. No family law experience is necessary. This is a two-part clinic. Although volunteers are not required to attend both sessions, doing so will provide volunteers with an excellent overview of matrimonial law.
