Now in its 49th year of service to low-income New Yorkers, MFY offers a wide range of opportunities for retired attorneys to use their time-tested, valuable skills to help New Yorkers who cannot afford attorneys.

As part of the MFY team, you will help low-income New Yorkers access justice in the areas of housing, foreclosure, employment, civil and disability rights, consumer, health care and family matters. Whether you are conducting research, providing advice and counsel, or representing clients in individual or class action cases, you will be making a tremendous difference in the lives of fellow New Yorkers who would otherwise not be able to access justice. As an Encore attorney, you choose the amount of time you would like to work and the type of work you would like to do.
