Why You Should Attend
Trial Evidence 2010: Advocacy, Analysis, Illustrations features a unique blend of evidentiary analysis and application. In addition to learning about new trends and developments in federal evidence law, evidence issues will be analyzed and illustrated by notorious trials, actual cases, movies, novels and hypotheticals.
