To be an effective advocate it is important to understand the distinction between SSI and SSDI. This training highlights the differences between the two programs and teaches advocates how the programs interact with each other. You will gain insight into the eligibility criteria for both SSI and SSDI, understand the ongoing requirements for maintaining the benefits and learn the type of health insurance recipients receive with each benefit.
