This intensive two-day training will examine in detail the most common grounds of inadmissibility, including health, crimes, fraud, smuggling and immigration violations. We will also examine the waivers available for these grounds and provide guidance on preparing and documenting waiver applications. The training is interactive, with large and small group exercises on determining inadmissibility and preparing and submitting waiver applications. More detailed information is provided in the attached summary agenda. Trainers will be CLINIC attorneys Jennie Guilfoyle of New York and Kristina Karpinski of Boston.
