Receive comprehensive training on substantive law and procedure as well as ethical considerations in assisting individuals living with HIV/AIDS, including confidentiality, government and public benefits, family law and future care and custody planning (estate law, guardianship, standby guardianship), health care directives (living wills and health care proxies) and consumer debt issues.

CLE Credit: 2 credits total: 1 hour of professional practice/practice management, .5 hour ethics and .5 hour skills. This program provides transitional credit for newly admitted attorneys.
