Preparing for the potential of large numbers of demonstrators being arrested this weekend, we are in need of volunteers to work arraignments in Manhattan Saturday night, August 28, Sunday day, August 29 and Saturday day and night, September 4. The only requirement is that the attorneys have some degree of criminal law experience. Please contact Marlene Halpern at Legal Aid if you are interested.
