Mayoral Commission Delivers Poverty Report

This report by the Mayor's Commission for Economic Opportunity, officially entitled "Increasing Opportunity and Reducing Poverty In New York City," includes a "snapshot" of poverty in the city and a set of recommendations focused on three groups: young adults 16 to 24, children under six, and the working poor.
