Learn about the changes made to Medicaid's mandatory Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) plans as a result of NYS' Medicaid Redesign initiative. We'll cover the differences between the various types of Medicaid and Medicare Managed Care plans, what is covered by MLTC, how it interacts with other coverage, enrollment/disenrollment procedures, and due process rights.
