This program will include an overview of the Housing Court process, followed by a panel discussion of landlord-tenant disputes and resources available to litigants. The panel will include a former Supervising Judge of the NY County Housing Court, a housing law practitioner, and representatives of the Courts and the Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Volunteer lawyers will then hold counseling sessions on a first-come, first-served basis.
This event is free and open to the public.
