Litigating contested divorces

Attorneys will be trained to represent inMotion-referred clients in litigated divorce actions in Supreme Court. Procedural and substantive aspects will be discussed in detail. Issues to be addressed will include: equitable distribution of marital property, spousal support or maintenance, child support and child custody and visitation. Training manuals and sample documents will be provided at the training. A contested divorce case will also be assigned at the training or shortly thereafter.
