This free training will cover fundamental New York City Housing Law, focusing on both owner- and tenant-initiated actions in Housing Court. Topics addressed will include the basics of non-payment, holdover, and repairs (HP) proceedings, as well as a discussion of the recently enacted anti tenant-harassment law.
