Special Guest Speaker: Professor Louis S. Rulli
Louis S. Rulli is a practice professor of law and Director of Clinical Programs at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a frequent consultant, trainer, facilitator and mediator for civil legal assistance programs and other non-profit organizations and has written and lectured extensively on the subject of access to justice for the poor.
