This training will explore the types of immigration cases where gender-based asylum may be a possibility. We will discuss how to frame a gender-based asylum case in light of recent case law, build an evidentiary record, and navigate special challenges that arise when working with victims of gender-based violence. The training will be conducted by Archi Pyati, Asylum Attorney at Sanctuary for Families

A fee will be charged for this training.
In case of economic hardship, fee waiver or reduction may be available upon request.
