Fee Increases for Immigration Filings

Please be aware that on April 30th, 2004, fees for all immigration filings
will increase. Please note that the fee increases will not actually
appear on the instructions for the forms themselves, so be sure to
check the accurate new fees for post-April 30th filings.

The adjustment date is the date of filing of the application for permanent residence or the applicant's eligibility date, whichever is later.
