This site is hosted by the Legal Support Unit of Legal Services for New York City and has been created with assistance from HIV attorneys and advocates practicing throughout New York City.

Includes model pleadings, briefs, sample forms, manuals,and cases on a wide variety of topics relevant to people living with HIV, including wills/advance directives, permanency planning, HASA/public assistance, housing, SSI/SSD, confidentiality, discrimination, and debt management.
