This free training will educate and prepare attorneys on how to handle custody and guardianship proceedings in family court. It is expected that participating associates will accept a case for representation. Throughout the course of the pro bono representation, mentoring and technical support, including screening clients and reviewing drafted court papers, will be available to participating attorneys.
