On July 26, 2007, the 17th Anniversary of the ADA, the National Council on Disability (NCD) released "Implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act: Challenges, Best Practices and New Opportunities for Success," a report researched and written by Mary Lou Breslin, Silvia Yee, Susan Henderson and Marilyn Golden of DREDF, along with Karen Peltz Strauss and Berkeley Policy Associates.
