Corporate Counsel Pro Bono Coordinators

Law firm Nixon Peabody and in-house counsel from CA joined forces to volunteer on a pro bono basis to represent Nahason Orenge, a Kenyan journalist who sought asylum after writing articles critical of the Kenyan goverment. CCPBC Executive Committee member Bonnie Yeomans of CA noted that the matter "'was a good opportunity to combine our abilities and help someone in need, someone who was a victim.'"
