The NYC Consumer Debt Defense Project is a resource for pro bono, private, and legal services attorneys to share data, forms, news and information about trends and developments in the area of consumer debt. This site is maintained and hosted by MFY Legal Services, Inc.

The website features a library consisting of:

The site includes links to the latest news in the world of consumer debt, plus a calendar of upcoming trainings and events. Members have access to interactive court-form templates for attorneys assisting pro se clients.

The website also features podcasts, moderated by attorneys with MFY's Consumer Rights Project, which cover a range of substantive consumer law topics and feature interviews with the leading consumer law practitioners in the country.
