This training focuses on who is eligible to adjust status or obtain lawful permanent residency in the U.S. The training will focus on the provisions of law for adjustment of status, inadmissibility factors, arriving aliens, Cuban adjustment and limitations to adjustment of status.

This training is for mid-level and experienced attorneys and advocates.
