POSTPONED UNTIL FALL
This free training will educate and prepare attorneys on how to handle custody and guardianship proceedings in family court. It is expected that participating associates will accept a case for representation. The training is geared for both transitional and non-transitional attorneys. Throughout the course of the representation, mentoring and technical support, including screening clients and reviewing drafted court papers, will be available.
- CLE Credit Comments: CLE credits provided in 1 CLE credit in Professional Practice, 0.5 in Skills and 0.5 in Ethics. This course is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys.
