This training will cover the type of employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex and national origin, which is illegal under the Federal Civil Rights ACT of 1964, and Title VII. It will also cover other types of discrimination which are illegal under New York State and New York City Law, such as discrimination based on marital status, criminal record and sexual orientation. The process of obtaining certificates of relief from disabilities will also be covered.
